Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of Nudge. By installing or using Nudge you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use LinkedIn and Chrome in accordance with their applicable terms.
The service
Nudge is a Chrome extension that helps you organise selected LinkedIn conversations into a local follow-up workspace. Contact records, follow-up details and notes are stored locally in your Chrome profile.
Nudge is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn may change its website or policies, which can affect how Nudge works.
Plans and limits
Free can be used without an account and includes up to 50 active, non-archived contacts. Pro includes unlimited active contacts and requires Google sign-in so access can be linked to the purchaser. Founding access may be granted manually and provides the same active contact allowance as Pro.
If Pro ends while you are above the Free limit, no local data is deleted or hidden. You can continue to view, edit, archive, remove and export contacts, but cannot add or restore contacts until the active count is below 50 or Pro is active again.
Pricing and recurring billing
Pro Monthly costs €4.99 per month. Pro Yearly costs €39 per year. The yearly plan saves approximately 35% compared with paying the monthly price for twelve months. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled.
The final price, currency conversion and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes the purchase under its buyer terms. Nudge never receives your full card details.
Cancellation
You can cancel through Manage subscription in Nudge, which opens the Creem customer portal, or by contacting support. Canceling stops the next renewal; Pro access normally remains available until the end of the already paid period.
Uninstalling the extension or deleting local browser data does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds and consumer rights
Refund requests are handled under the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nudge to:
- break applicable law or another service's rules;
- harvest, sell or misuse personal data;
- interfere with Nudge, Chrome, LinkedIn or other systems;
- circumvent plan limits, security or access controls;
- resell or reverse engineer the service except where law permits.
Availability and changes
Nudge is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be updated, repaired or discontinued where reasonably necessary, including in response to browser or LinkedIn changes. Material changes to paid plans or these terms will be communicated before they take effect when required.
Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for your contacts, follow-ups, backups and use of third-party services. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nudge is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or changes made by Chrome or LinkedIn. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact landstrom.f@gmail.com. Nudge is operated from Sweden. Full publisher details will be inserted before paid subscriptions become publicly available.
