Privacy at a glance
Nudge is designed to keep your follow-up workspace on your device. You can use the Free plan without creating an account. Nudge does not sell personal data, show advertising or store LinkedIn message text.
- Free works without an account for up to 50 active contacts.
- LinkedIn contact and workspace data stays in your Chrome profile.
- Google sign-in is used only for paid or Founding plan access.
- Supabase and Creem process limited account and billing data.
Data stored locally
Nudge may save the LinkedIn contact name, profile image URL, title, company, profile or conversation identifier, follow-up date, status, Heat level, tags, notes and archive state that you choose to add. This information is stored locally with chrome.storage.local in your Chrome profile.
Nudge reads only the LinkedIn page information needed to provide the features you activate. It does not store the text of your LinkedIn messages. Local data is not sent to Nudge's billing backend.
Account and subscription data
The Free plan does not require an account. If you sign in for Pro or Founding access, Google provides a basic account identifier, email address and profile information. Nudge does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendars, and does not retain the Google provider access token.
Supabase stores the account identifier, email address, plan and entitlement status, and limited Creem customer and subscription identifiers, status and dates. This is used only to authenticate you, connect your purchase to your account and enforce plan limits.
Payments
Payments are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem may process your name, email, billing address, payment method, tax information, invoices, refunds and fraud signals. Nudge does not receive or store your full card number.

How data is used
Account and billing data is used only to:
- sign you in and identify your plan;
- create checkout and customer-portal sessions;
- activate, renew, cancel or restore Pro access;
- prevent fraud, secure the service and answer support requests;
- meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Nudge does not use this data for targeted advertising, data brokerage or unrelated profiling.
Service providers and transfers
Supabase provides authentication, database and server functions for account and entitlement data. The Nudge Supabase project is configured in an EU region. Creem provides checkout, subscriptions, tax handling, invoicing and refunds as Merchant of Record.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. See the Supabase privacy policy and the Creem privacy policy.
Chrome permissions
Nudge uses Chrome permissions only to provide its stated features: storage for local settings and records, side panel for the workspace, alarms for reminders, identity for optional Pro sign-in, and access to LinkedIn pages where you choose to use Nudge. The production extension will also allow requests to the exact Supabase project host used for account and subscription functions.
Nudge does not execute remotely hosted code. Access controls, signed webhooks and row-level security protect billing records.
Retention and your choices
Local data remains until you remove it, clear extension storage or uninstall Nudge. You can export a backup from the extension. Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and as long as reasonably needed for security, support and legal or accounting duties.
You may request access, correction or deletion of account data by emailing landstrom.f@gmail.com. Some transaction records may have to be retained where required by law. Uninstalling Nudge does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; use Manage subscription or contact support.
